We want you to love your new Billy J pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Reward

  Select whether you would like a store credit to shop our latest arrivals or a direct size exchange for the same style.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at your nearest post office.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
